Sourcing & Special Orders (How it Works)
As mentioned earlier, we import all things unique. All things hard to find. If you need us to locate and purchase a special item for you, please use our product request form found Here With this in mind, it would be almost impossible to stock all the possible items that persons may ask for. That is therefore the reason we special order directly for you, when you need it. For all requests, full payment is required before the item is ordered. Once payment is received via a Bank Deposit to NCB or Scotia, your item will be ordered the same or next day. Most items will take between 7-8 working days to arrive, clear customs and be ready for delivery to your location. Many persons have used our sourcing service and are impressed with how we do business.
Your Security Concerns
You may have security concerns and this is normal. With the high levels of scamming taking place worldwide, we can understand this. We beg of you to rest easy with Hi5 Jamaica Services as our reputation goes miles ahead from 2007 to present, that is 10 years of great service. Rest assured that making payment to the bank account provided is safe and secure. Keep this in mind, there is no way we could be scamming individuals using local bank accounts that have verified Full Name, Government ID, TRN, Address, References and Telephone Numbers. The bank would have shut down the account years ago. So your deposit or payment is safe with us.

Delivery
In most cases, deliveries are done everyday including weekends (Saturdays). We also arrange delivery across the entire island via Tara Couriers and Knutsford Express services at your request.
